1. Order Handling Cycle

After payment verification, all valid orders undergo 2‑5 business‑day internal workflow, covering merchandise quality recheck, warehouse picking and shipping label generation. Processing time excludes weekends plus United States federal public holidays. Orders submitted during holiday time will start being processed on the next normal working day. Tracking number notification email will be sent out after goods hand‑over to logistics courier.

2. Domestic Delivery Estimate

United States mainland domestic shipping: estimated transit duration 8‑16 business days post dispatch. All delivery timelines are reference values and not absolute guaranteed deadlines. Adverse meteorological conditions, courier network congestion, random carrier screening and remote geographic zone will potentially cause delivery postponement.

3. Shipping Address Modification Regulation

Buyers ought to carefully verify shipping address information while checking out. Once parcels leave our warehouse, destination address modification application cannot be honored. If packages get mis‑delivered stemming from customer‑typed address mistakes, re‑shipment expense will not be afforded by us. When mis‑addressed parcels are returned back to our warehouse, purchaser shall cover re‑delivery postage fee.

4. Package Lost & Delivered‑Not‑Received Process

Monitor package movement via tracking hyperlink delivered in our email. Carrier system status marked “delivered” represents goods have completed handover. Kindly check front porch, mailbox, building lobby space or consult surrounding neighbors. If tracking shows delivered but you never receive physical parcel, please get in touch within 14 calendar days. We will coordinate with logistics provider to initiate loss investigation, which generally consumes 2‑3 weeks to reach final conclusion.

5. PO Box Delivery Notice

Certain large‑size heavy‑weight merchandise cannot support PO box delivery service. Please provide valid street physical address for such product categories, we reserve right to cancel orders using PO box for oversized items.
